RETURN CONDITIONS
If you wish to return the purchased product to choose another product or a different size, please note that EXCHANGE IS NOT AVAILABLE due to the possibility of the requested product being out of stock until your returned product is delivered to us. You can easily MAKE A RETURN instead.
If the size of the product you tried on does not fit, you can order the new size before it runs out and then send the product back for a return.
The “SECURITY BAND” (if available) on the product to be returned must not be removed. Returns are not accepted for products with the security band removed.
An invoice is mandatory for return transactions. Your invoices can be found in the email address you provided during the order, inside the package, or in the front pocket of the package. In case of loss, you can print the invoice sent to your email and initiate the return process.
You must submit the invoice image of the product(s) you wish to return to our WHATSAPP line within 3 days from the delivery date.
Products you wish to return can be sent back via courier along with their invoices.
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the returned products meet the return conditions and are sent back with the same care as they were delivered to you.
Products you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date, along with the filled-out invoice.
Only one return can be processed with a single invoice. Other products on the same invoice cannot be returned later.
Returns that exceed the allowed period will not be processed and will be sent back to you with shipping costs included.
You can send your return packages with MNG KARGO using our discounted contract number (701834508). To benefit from our discount code, you need to send the package with “payment on delivery”, and the shipping fee determined at the branch will be deducted from the total product price. (The shipping fee paid for delivery to you is non-refundable).
Customers who wish to send via another company can choose any company at their own expense.

If the returned product has any issues that prevent its resale (such as body odor, sweat, perfume smell, makeup stains, being washed, traces of pet hair), a report will be prepared, and the product will be sent back to you with round-trip shipping costs included.

LARGE DISCOUNT CATEGORY
For products purchased from the Large Discount Category, a 6-month coupon will be issued.
Refund Process
After the returned product passes the inspection and receives approval:
- If the payment was made by credit card, refunds will be processed within 3-10 days to your card. If the purchase was made in installments, the refund will be credited in installments; if it was a one-time payment, it will be refunded as a single transaction. An approval receipt will be sent to you. The reflection time on your card may vary depending on your bank.
- If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery or BANK TRANSFER & EFT on our website, the refund will be made to the IBAN number you provided within 7 business days. Your receipt will be sent to you via WHATSAPP.
