Payment
What Payment Types Are Available?
You can make your payments with CASH ON DELIVERY (This payment method is invalid for amounts over 1000₺), TRANSFER / EFT or ONLINE CARD (bank / credit card). Up to 12 monthly installments are available with the Online Credit Card Payment Option.
Where can I find your account information for money transfer?

How Many Days Does It Take to Ship Orders?
Orders placed before 16:00 are delivered to cargo on the same day. Shipments placed after 16:00 are shipped the next day.

My Order Arrived While Not At The Address. What Can I Do?
If you are not at the address, you can contact HEPSİJET WHATSAPP line with your cargo tracking number and request re-delivery. Otherwise, your cargo will be returned to us.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?

How Can I Track My Order?
When your order is received, packaged and shipped, you will be notified by a special message from POSHET. When your cargo is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by HEPSİJET and POSHET. In this way, you can easily track your cargo.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Are Returns/Exchanges Available?
We can return all products that are unused, will not prevent resale and have not lost their elements. RETURNS ARE NOT LEGALLY MADE FOR DISCOUNT – OUTLET PRODUCTS. However, in order not to victimize our customers due to the rapid depletion of stocks due to the time spent in cargo for exchange, exchange is not available. For this reason, you can immediately buy the new size of the product you purchased and easily have the product you want before the sizes run out.
What is the Return Period?
We kindly ask you to send your return within the 14th day at the latest from the day you receive your cargo.
Who Covers Return Shipping Fees?
Return shipping costs are covered by our sending customer. However, in order for you not to be affected by the rising shipping prices and to benefit from the low shipping fee, when you send the product to us with the buyer paying, the discounted shipping fee is deducted from the product price and the remaining amount is returned to you.
When Will I Be Refunded for the Product I Returned?
The return of your products that are accepted for return (not worn, unused, not changed from the original form for the sales element) will be made within 7-10 business days. Even if card transactions are made by us in 1 day, the reflection on your card may vary depending on your bank. When your cash and card return transaction is made, a receipt will be sent to you.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but you can cancel before you receive the message that your cargo has been shipped or your cargo tracking number. After this information is generated, unfortunately, even if we cancel your order, you will still be charged the shipping fee because the shipping company charges the shipping fee.
